Lake House Winterization & De-Winterization
If the house sits empty part of the winter, a single hard freeze can split pipes and flood it before anyone knows. We shut it down properly in the fall and bring it back online in the spring.

Questions
When should I schedule winterization?
Book before the first hard freeze. Fall schedules fill up fast around the lake. Members on Lake Guard and Lake Elite plans get winterization or de-winterization included each year.
Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily. Tell us how we’ll get access when you book, and we’ll send a photo report when the work is done.
